- Patient’s portion of bill due at time of service
- $50 reinstatement fee if plan lapses
- Cannot be used with other dental plans or CareCredit (excludes interest-free and pay options)
- No refunds or portions of premiums if the participant doesn’t utilize the dental plan or specific options
Program Exclusions & Limitations
This program is a discount plan, not an insurance plan. It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance, or financing program.
- For treatment which, in the sole opinion of Dr. Theresa Robinson, lies outside the realm of her capability.
- For referrals to specialists including orthodontists.
- For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind.
- For costs of dental care which are covered under automobile medical.
- For services of injuries covered under workers' compensation.
